Al-Mushaan retires several employees from the Ministry of Public Works

Public Works Minister Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan has referred several ministry employees to retirement, as part of a broader initiative aimed at enhancing institutional performance efficiency, renewing the workforce, and creating opportunities for young national talents to assume greater responsibilities.

The minister clarified that the decision aligns with her vision to develop the work environment and keep pace with the demands of the coming phase, by empowering national staff who possess the competence and capacity to continue the path of development and elevate performance standards. She emphasized that the ministry is proceeding with the implementation of a comprehensive development plan aimed at boosting institutional work efficiency, accelerating the pace of achievement, and improving service quality. She noted that the coming phase will witness additional measures to support national talents and empower them to play a larger role across various sectors of the ministry, thereby reinforcing sustainable development and achieving the ministry’s objectives.
