Head of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary Inspects Work at Hawalli Court in Preparation for the New Judicial Year

The President of the Higher Judicial Council and the Chief Justice of the Court of Cassation, Advisor Dr. Adel Bursali, visited the Kuwait Court in Al-Kuwait to inspect the progress of operations, as part of preparations for the new judicial year (2026/2027). The Higher Judicial Council stated in a press release that the visit aimed to assess the efficiency of services and facilities provided to litigants and to monitor the readiness of judicial institutions. The release added that during the visit, accompanied by the President of the Court of Appeal, Advisor Mohammed Al-Rifai, and the Deputy President of the Supreme Court, Advisor Khaled Al-Othman, Dr. Bursali met with some visitors, listened to their observations and complaints.
