Ambassador Al-Kharousi expressed his wishes for further progress, development, and growth in relations between Oman and Kuwait, and prayed to God to grant both nations continued security, stability, and prosperity, thereby enhancing the trajectory of the Gulf Cooperation Council for Arab States.
