Ministry of Education Launches Diwan of Civil Service Training Plan via "Ta" Platform

The Ministry of Education, represented by the General Administration of Development and Enhancement, announced the launch of the Civil Service Bureau’s training plan for the 2026/2027 training year via the “Ta” platform. The plan runs until April 2027, as part of the Civil Service Bureau’s efforts to develop national competencies and enhance the performance level of government entities.

The Ministry of Education clarified that the plan includes specialized training programs for various professional categories, namely: senior staff, middle management, supervisory staff, executive staff, and specialized staff, along with development cadres. These programs aim to strengthen leadership, administrative, and technical skills, and keep pace with the latest practices in government work.

The Ministry emphasized that nomination and admission procedures for the training programs are conducted exclusively through the Civil Service Bureau. It called on employees to review the training plan via the “Ta” platform and to take advantage of the available programs in accordance with established regulations and mechanisms, thereby contributing to the development of their professional capabilities, improving performance efficiency, and achieving institutional excellence. The Ministry stressed its commitment to investing in human resource development as a fundamental pillar for enhancing institutional operations, and reaffirmed its dedication to supporting employees and empowering them to acquire the knowledge and skills that enhance their readiness to meet the requirements of development and modernization in the government sector.
