Oil Minister Reassures on the Health Condition of the Injured Following Targeting of One of Kuwait Oil Company's Offshore Platforms

Oil Minister Tariq Al-Roumi, accompanied by Acting Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) CEO Badr Al-Attar, Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) CEO Ahmed Al-Eidan, and Managing Director of Human Resources and Comprehensive Services Hisham Al-Rifai, visited Adan Hospital to check on the health condition of Mohammed Abdulmohsin Suleiman, an employee of one of the service companies working with Kuwait Oil Company, who was injured in the heinous attack targeting one of the company’s offshore platforms on Sunday.
During the visit, the minister conveyed his wishes for the victim’s swift recovery, praying to Almighty God for his complete healing. He also reiterated his condemnation of the attack on the offshore platform, within the context of the heinous attacks that Kuwait has recently suffered.
The Oil Minister emphasized that human beings are the fundamental pillar for the success of the oil sector, and that the safety of all workers is a non-negotiable priority. He affirmed that standing by all employees and checking on their well-being reflects the values of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, which prioritize the care of human resources.
