His Highness Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad held a telephone conversation with his brother, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of the sisterly State of Qatar, through which he conveyed his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathies to His Highness, the esteemed family, and the brotherly Qatari people on the passing of the late, may God have mercy upon him, His Highness the Amir, the founding Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
