Abdullah Al-Salem University: Accepting Transfer Applications for the First Semester of 2026-2027, from the 19th to the 22nd of this month
The Dean of Admissions and Registration at Abdullah Al-Salem University announced the commencement of accepting transfer applications from Kuwaiti students wishing to transfer from other universities to Abdullah Al-Salem University for the first semester of the 2026–2027 academic year.
In a press statement published on its X platform account, the Dean’s office clarified that transfer applications will be accepted from the 19th to the 22nd of the current month. Applicants are required to submit the following documents: an official certified transcript, the academic content of courses passed with a grade of good or higher, a certified copy of the high school certificate, the original civil ID and a copy thereof, and a copy of the passport.
The university specified that transfer conditions from other universities include achieving a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of no less than 2.33 on a four-point scale, or its equivalent in other grading systems; completing 45 credit hours, or its equivalent in other systems; and completing 15 credit hours that can be credited toward the transcript of the desired major, provided that a grade of good or higher is achieved in each of these courses.
The university emphasized that the acceptance of a student’s application does not guarantee admission through transfer, as this depends on the number of available vacancies in each major, in addition to the student’s cumulative GPA. Abdullah Al-Salem University invited interested parties to consult the Admissions and Transfer Regulations Guide on the university’s official website for further information.
