Prime Minister Congratulates President of the Republic of Montenegro on National Day

His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, sent a congratulatory message to President Jakov Milatović, President of the Republic of Montenegro, on the occasion of the national day of his friendly country.
