“Talabat” welcomes the addition of “Kuwait Gastronomy” as the official training partner for the “Talabat Grow” program

In line with its ongoing commitment to empowering small and medium-sized local restaurants in Kuwait, talabat Kuwait announced the partnership of Kuwait Gastronomy for Culinary Arts Consulting (KGCA) as the official training partner for the “talabat grow” program. KGCA is the first non-profit organization in Kuwait specializing in culinary arts, dedicating its efforts to supporting chefs, restaurant owners, cafes, roasteries, coffee specialists, and food and beverage entrepreneurs through training programs, professional certifications, and initiatives aimed at developing the sector.

This collaboration combines talabat’s expertise in the restaurant industry with KGCA’s extensive experience in cooking, specialized restaurant consulting, and operational excellence, enabling the delivery of practical training programs with tangible impact for participating restaurants.

As part of the intensive six-week training camp for the “talabat grow” program, KGCA will deliver specialized training sessions focused on enhancing restaurant performance, menu engineering, pricing strategies, kitchen operations management, customer behavior analysis, market trend assessment, and competitive benchmarking. These sessions are grounded in the practical experience of the company’s team, which owns and operates several successful restaurants in Kuwait, offering participants direct access to insights and real-world experiences from a group of industry specialists.

Through the “talabat grow” program, talabat’s restaurant partners receive specialized training, expert mentoring, and practical business development tools, contributing to improved operational efficiency, enhanced performance, and the ability to achieve sustainable growth in an increasingly competitive market.

Commenting on the partnership, Abdullah Al-Mansour, Head of Corporate Affairs at talabat Kuwait, said: “At talabat, we believe that true growth is built on knowledge, proper guidance, and leveraging specialized expertise. The addition of Kuwait Gastronomy for Culinary Arts Consulting to the ‘talabat grow’ partner ecosystem represents a significant value-add, providing participating restaurants with the opportunity to learn directly from specialists who possess extensive practical experience in Kuwait’s culinary and hospitality sectors. This collaboration embodies our continued commitment to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and contributing to the long-term development of Kuwait’s restaurant ecosystem.”

For his part, Chef Faisal Al-Nashmi, Head of Kuwait Gastronomy for Culinary Arts Consulting, said: “We are proud to join the ‘talabat grow’ program and contribute to an initiative that invests in the future of Kuwait’s restaurant sector.”
