Lebanese Prime Minister Strongly Condemns Iranian Attacks on Jordan and Gulf States

Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam expressed his strong condemnation on Sunday of Iranian attacks on Jordan and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

In a statement, Salam said, “We strongly condemn the Iranian attacks targeting Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, as they constitute a violation of the sovereignty of these states and a threat to their security.”

He regarded these attacks as “a danger to the stability of the entire region,” reaffirming his full solidarity with “our brothers in these countries” and reiterating Lebanon’s unwavering support for them.
