In Video: The Commercial Bank Announces the Winner of the Half-Yearly “Al Najma” Draw at Kheran Mall

Kuwait Commercial Bank conducted the semi-annual draw for the “Najm” account, with a prize worth half a million Kuwaiti dinars, at The Avenues Mall. The bank broadcast the draw live via its YouTube channel and its social media accounts. The winner of the half-million-dinar prize offered by the bank was announced in the presence of representatives from the bank’s internal relevant departments, alongside external auditors from RSM and Grant Thornton Kuwait to oversee the draw process.

Irsad Hussein Saber Hussein was crowned the winner of the 500,000-dinar prize, which is the semi-annual award provided by the “Najm” account. The event attracted a notable attendance of customers and visitors to The Avenues Mall, who enjoyed a variety of entertaining performances and activities organized by the bank, including musical performances, as well as competitions for attendees featuring prize giveaways.

Commenting on the success of the event, Abdulaziz Al-Zayani, Managing Director of the Retail Banking Sector, stated that Kuwait Commercial Bank consistently strives, through its services and marketing offers, to reach the widest possible customer base and introduce them to the diverse banking services it provides, while giving them the opportunity to benefit from the rewarding offers extended to them. During the semi-annual draw for the “Najm” account, the audience was introduced to the benefits of the “Najm” account and the prizes it offers. It was clarified that the “Najm” account is distinctive not only for the substantial prize amounts awarded but also for the variety of prizes throughout the year. Draws are held for weekly prizes worth 5,000 dinars, a monthly prize worth 20,000 dinars, and a semi-annual prize worth half a million dinars, in addition to the grand prize of 1.5 million dinars.

Regarding the process of opening a “Najm” account, eligibility for the draws, and winning the valuable prizes, customers can easily open a “Najm” account by depositing 200 dinars via the Kuwait Commercial Bank mobile app (CBK Mobile) on smartphones. The account balance must not fall below 200 dinars to qualify and participate in all draws for the prizes offered by the account.
