Saudi Crown Prince and US President reaffirm their support for all efforts contributing to regional security and stability

Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman held discussions with U.S. President Donald Trump on current developments in the region, including talks between the United States and Iran.

The official Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported in a statement that the conversation took place during a phone call initiated by the U.S. president to the Saudi crown prince.

SPA added that the call reviewed the cooperative relations between Saudi Arabia and the United States and ways to enhance them in various fields. Several regional and international issues were also discussed, with both sides exchanging views on them.

The agency stated that the call also emphasized the importance of maritime navigation security and support for all efforts contributing to achieving security and stability in the region.
