His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Salim Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, sent a congratulatory message to the Governor-General of the friendly Commonwealth of The Bahamas, Cynthia Pratt, on the occasion of her country’s Independence Day.
