Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister and Saudi Foreign Minister Condemn Iran’s Blameworthy Attacks on Kuwait, Bahrain, and Jordan

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah received a phone call from Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar. During the call, the two sides discussed developments in the region and expressed their condemnation and denunciation of the heinous Iranian attacks targeting Kuwait, the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, as well as the ongoing threats to maritime navigation in the Strait of Hormuz. The two sides also addressed efforts to restore security and stability, emphasizing the importance of continuing coordination and joint action to de-escalate tensions and mitigate the negative repercussions of the crisis at both the regional and international levels.
